Hike + Bike wins Travel Award

We are delighted to announce another exciting award win for Hike and Bike the Sierras - Bicycle Tour Company of the Year 2022 for Andalucia, Spain in the  Travel & Hospitality Awards for Europe 

We are very proud to have been selected as one of the prestigious winners of these awards, presented by an independent global awards body.

The critera upon which we were judged were: 

• Experience – Memorability is the cornerstone of any trip, so providing an unforgettable tour, activity, or adventure is valuable

• Hospitality – A high-quality service combined with a degree of flexibility is usually why clients return

• Service – Whether it be a single activity or a range of options the service must match or overperform needs and expectations

• Rating & Reviews Online – A very key factor, online feedback is important. What clients say online can break or make you.

The judges saw the footage from our Channel 4 TV appearances on 'A New Life in the Sun 2021', which we believe demonstrated both our range of tours and our commitment to quality and service.

We are also grateful to all our clients who have posted reviews for us on Tripadvisor and on Google, which provided further evidence of positive customer experiences of our walking and cycling day trips, holidays and tours.
