We use hybrid bikes for these tours, cycling on a mix of quiet roads and unsurfaced tracks, keeping cyclists away from traffic as much as possible.

Our leisure cycling tours start from as little as three days of cycling and many include traffic-free riding along the Via Verde, a fabulous designated cycling route along an abandoned railway line. Our tour routes take riders through traditional white villages, staying in some of the loveliest locations, with your luggage transferred for you each day. Take a circular tour from Ronda or head further afield on a tour from Ronda to Seville or Ronda to Cadiz. Whichever you choose, you will experience the real Andalucía and enjoy Spain's renowned warmth and hospitality throughout.

Road Cycling Tours - Love Life on the Road

Our self-guided Road Cycling Tours make the most of western Andalucia's superb mountain roads. This part of Spain is a joy for road cyclists, with long mountain climbs, exhilarating descents, smooth roads, very little traffic and considerate drivers. There is a good reason why La Vuelta comes through this region every year. Depending on the road cycling tour you choose, you will be climbing anything from 900m to 1700m each day; our road cycling tours are a great way to get some climbing miles in your legs and reap the rewards with some of the best mountain descents you can imagine. Ronda is a fantastic base for a cycling holiday. Located in the heart of the Serranía de Ronda - an area of outstanding natural beauty and great geographical diversity, the town of Ronda sits on top of a high plateau, surrounded by hills, mountains and river valleys, with pretty small white villages dotted throughout. From the edges of the Serrania de Ronda, the rural landscape extends into two areas of protected Natural Park, the Sierra de Grazalema and Sierra de las Nieves. Altogether, this offers a wide range of cycling choices within easy reach of Ronda.
