Enjoy Spectacular Andalucian Countryside and Great Biking in a Group Setting

Ronda is a fantastic location for both leisure cycling and mountain biking. The town is located in the heart of the Serranía de Ronda – an area of outstanding natural beauty and great geographical diversity. Quiet roads twist through the loveliest countryside, particularly in springtime, and MTB trails are dry and dusty.

Spring 2026, April 12-18

Riders will stay together in one hotel to enjoy a set of curated self-guided rides - either MTB or Leisure cycling. Some rides include drop-offs/pick ups to maximise the route variety and distance covered. Navigation is via GPS phone app, with all daily routes pre-loaded to make the riding seamless and enjoyable, whilst vehicle support will be on hand throughout.

This biking holiday is a great way for solo riders to enjoy the company of other riders during the day and also the wider group in the evenings.

For Leisure Cyclists...

Leisure rides will explore the quiet country roads, peaceful country lanes and easier tracks which criss-cross the region. Riders will pass through some of the most charming white villages and unspoiled rural countryside of the Serrania de Ronda and beyond. Enjoy a tapas lunch or a local beer along the way, before returning each afternoon to the clifftop town of Ronda.

The rides will be set at a moderate level (40-50km +500-800m ascent), with some hill climbs every day … and therefore also some fabulous descents.

For Mountain Bikers...

MTB rides will explore the varied and beautiful landscapes of the Serrania de Ronda and two Natural parks. The riding is mainly cross country, on natural trails - a mix of single track, mountain paths, farm trails and lanes. Nothing is neatly maintained or clearly signposted and the trails vary from relatively easy through to quite challenging in parts.

The rides will be graded at an intermediate level (40-50km + 400-800m ascent, technically moderate - so some MTB experience is required).

Riding through this stunning region on dusty trails is a treat for any mountain biker.
