Benahavis River and Mountain XC

Benahavis village sits in the foothills of the mountains behind the Costa del Sol. Trails head pretty much directly from the village up into the hills, providing exciting MTB challenges very close by. We also explore below the village, on easier but still beautiful terrain. A great way to escape the coastal crowds and experience the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

We head directly up into the hills behind the village with a short sharp climb to gain some initial height. Then we make a quick loop up high, with views inland over the mountains and down to the sea. Coming back past the village, we enjoy some flowing tracks at a lower level
